Graduate School of Psychological Convergence Science
※ Applications for the graduation examination must be submitted to the Administrative Office of the Graduate School of Psychological Convergence Science within the designated period.

2. Eligibility

Eligibility requirements | Students who have registered for at least 5 semesters and are expected to complete at least 28 credits by the end of the current semester Completion of the Human Rights and Gender Equality Education Completion of the Research Ethics Education |

1) How to complete the course
a) Log in to the Learning Management System (lms.korea.ac.kr) → Non-degree Courses → Course Search → select "Statutory and Recommended Training" → select the course and click "Apply" to begin.
b) For details, please refer to the notices on the School of Psychology / Graduate School of Psychological Convergence Science website.
- Completion is recognized only after finishing the Step 2 quiz.
※ If Step 2 is not completed, completion cannot be verified on the portal.
c) To verify completion: KUPID Portal → Courses → Training Completion Status

C. Completion of the Research Ethics Education
1) How to complete the course
a) Log in to the Research Integrity Center website (ri.korea.ac.kr) → click "Education" on the right → click "Apply" next to "Online Research Ethics Education (Year-round)" to begin.

3. Examination Application
A. Application period: October 12 (Mon), 9:00 a.m. – October 15 (Thu), 10:00 p.m. ※ Deadline strictly enforced
B. Location: Administrative Office, Graduate School of Psychological Convergence Science (Room 109, Law School Old Building)
C. Required documents:
① Examination Application and Approval Form
② Examination Committee Recommendation Form
D. Applications will not be accepted after the application period.
E. Once submitted, applications cannot be withdrawn or returned.
F. The Examination Application and Approval Form and the Examination Committee Recommendation Form can be downloaded from the Resources section under the News & Notices tab on the School of Psychology / Graduate School of Psychological Convergence Science website.

4. Examination Period: October 19 (Mon) – December 4 (Fri)
A. The date, time, and location of the examination will be determined at the discretion of the committee chair.
B. The examination will be conducted as an oral presentation. Topics applying a psychology and convergence science approach to social issues are recommended.
C. Candidates must prepare presentation materials on their topic and submit them to the members of the Examination Committee.
D. After the presentation, candidates must submit the presentation cover sheet, bearing the advisor's seal, and their presentation materials to the Administrative Office.
E. A score of 70 or higher out of 100 is required to pass.
5. Submission of Presentation Materials (Candidates)
A. After the presentation, candidates must download the presentation cover sheet from the Resources section under the News & Notices tab on the website and submit it to the Administrative Office together with their presentation materials.
B. Submission period: October 19 (Mon) – December 4 (Fri)
C. Submission method: In person at the Administrative Office (Room 109, Law School Old Building), or by email as a scanned PDF to jh0726@korea.ac.kr
D. Required documents:
① Presentation cover sheet (handwritten signature required)
② Presentation materials
6. Submission of the Examination Evaluation Report (Committee Members)
A. After the examination, the committee chair submits the Examination Evaluation Report to the Administrative Office.
B. Submission period: December 7 (Mon) – December 10 (Thu)
C. Location: Administrative Office (Room 109, Law School Old Building)
D. Required document: Examination Evaluation Report
7. Announcement of Results: January 8, 2027 (Fri), 1:00 p.m. (tentative)
A. Results will be posted in the Notices section of the School of Psychology / Graduate School of Psychological Convergence Science website.
