Person–Environment Interaction
Drawing on psychological theories and applied methods, the lab examines how the interaction between personal characteristics and sociocultural contexts shapes individuals’ work, relationships, and overall life experiences.
Adaptability and Flexibility
The lab also investigates the psychological processes involved in coping with change and challenge during key life transitions, and explores strategies that foster adaptability and psychological flexibility.
